This manual contains not only the philosophy
behind multi-sensory, synthetic phonics, but also provides explicit
instructions on how to unify the reading, written expression,
spelling and vocabulary development across the curriculum. Reading,
writing and spelling skills are emphasized throughout the program.
A complete appendix is included of materials, tests and forms
necessary for setting up individualized programs which may be
reproduced. This series assumes students know the six basic
syllable types as explained in the Syllable
Plus Board Game.
